At Madhav Numerology, we strive to provide insightful, valuable services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below to ensure clarity.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Consultations and Readings: Cancellations for scheduled tarot or numerology consultations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and a partial charge may apply.
- Services Purchased: If you wish to cancel a purchased service that hasn’t been scheduled or initiated, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered, given the personalized nature of our consultations and readings. However, we offer the following conditions:
- Consultations and Readings: No refunds will be issued for completed consultations, partial consultations, or ‘no-shows.’ However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
- Service Packages: Refunds for unused services within a package will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund granted will be pro-rated based on the remaining services in the package and may include a processing fee.
- Special Offers and Discounted Services: Refunds are not available on discounted or special offer services. All sales are final for these services.
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made in advance, subject to availability. Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) may incur a fee.

5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
