- Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Personalized products or custom services may take additional time, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the shipping method chosen, package weight, and destination.
- Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please allow up to 15 business days for international deliveries.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order. Occasionally, promotional free shipping may apply to orders within India.
3. Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.
- For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import taxes, customs duties, and fees once the order reaches your country. Madhav Numerology is not responsible for these charges and cannot control their amount or application.
4. Tracking Your Order

5. Undeliverable Packages

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, based on the circumstances.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange to correct the error by sending the correct item at no additional cost.
